It has been a while since I last posted here and I am sorry it is going to stay that way for the next few days. School has kept me really busy lately but as of today I am on holiday so you all better hope some new content is coming soon.

Changes Happen – “Finally they Do”

Well everything needs a change and this is whats going to happen to the blog. From now on I will keep the updates on my life but I am going to add some interesting news or reviews of things I like. I will also be adding a “Listening To:” at the bottom of every post because it just so happens that everytime I post to this blog I am listening to a song so I will just let you know what I am listening to.

The St Johns Social was quite fun last night but it seems to have gotten a bit young so I wont be going next year unless I am part of the MDC (Matric Dance Comitee).

Anyhow, sometime I am going to do something different here that you can all look forward to.

So I haven’t posted to my blog in a while but that’s not my fault. I have been really busy with school work and can’t just post everyday. So from now onwards I will try my best and post as often as I can.

A quick update on my life. I have offcially quit basketball and have moved to tennis. This is a clever descision from my side. That about fills you in.

Setting Up New Blogs – “Check Them Out!”

Well nothing really happened today, at least nothing of importance or woth telling you about in this special space. Right at the moment I am planing on setting up a new technology blog to go alongside my PodCast which you can check out by clicking the link on the left.

My new blog is still in the factory but when it is finnished I will tell you about it here. The new blog will be about technology and all things related to that. It will encompass news, reviews and other random stuff that I feel like putting into it.

Unfortunately I might not be able to carry on posting so often to this blog because of school starting but I will try my best to keep it up.

Ego Search – “I’m a Famous Recording Artist”

It had to happen sometime. The dreaded ego search. I typed my soon to be famous name, “Nick Parkin”, into the little box with the letters GOOGLE next to it and hit the enter key with such a force.

The results that followed were more than exciting, they were unbelieveable. I could only imagine that I was a famous recording artist and the funny thing is that the music this person happens to make is so far from the actual type of music I listen to. I can not comment only on reading the genre name though so mabe I should go out and purchase his CD, may be its quite cool.

But in other news I have submitted my blog, this very one, to GOOGLE and my goal is to let the result for this page overtake my famous performer alter ego’s.

Anyway, I learnt something today, ego searching is fun and if you are board give it a try. Be warned though the results may be shoking.
